About the project

I need a complete SolidWorks model and accompanying static-load analysis that proves the assembly can carry the specified load with a minimum safety factor of 4. All existing part files and any material specifications are already in my package; use exactly what is written there when assigning material properties. Scope • Build or tidy the full 3D assembly in SolidWorks, adding any missing mates or constraints so it behaves realistically. • Produce clear, fully-dimensioned drawings for every part and for the final assembly. • Run a static FEA study that reflects the real boundary conditions and load magnitude supplied in my notes. • Optimise the geometry only if necessary to reach or exceed the 4× safety factor, but keep the general layout unchanged. • Document results in a concise report: stress plots, displacement plots, factor-of-safety map, mesh settings and key assumptions. Acceptance criteria 1. SolidWorks *.sldprt, *.sldasm and drawing files open error-free in SW 2020 or later. 2. FEA shows minimum safety factor ≥ 4 under the stated static load. 3. Report clearly traces material data back to the values in my file. Let me know your expected turnaround and which SolidWorks version you will use so I can confirm compatibility.
