Architectural Visualization for University Project

About the project

Looking for a freelancer for architectural visualization (3ds Max) – university project, limited budget. I have a house floor plan (only m², no dimensions) from ArchDaily, which I need for a university project (Master's, Green Architecture). It's not a real project, and my budget is fixed and non-negotiable. I also have some reference photos showing how the interior design should look. The design should follow these photos as a guide – it doesn't need to be 100% identical. Needed (done in 3ds Max): 1. 3D floor plan 2. Sections 3. Several renders 4. GIF with camera sequence (the GIF must be made with the furniture inside the living room) 5. Camera placement method on the 2D plan (point + direction line) – the 2D floor plan can also be done in ArchiCAD or AutoCAD 6. Furniture – with a link/reference for each item 7. Lighting – type of fixtures + parameters 8. Materials – type and parameters for each object 9. Video tutorial – simple screen recording (no editing needed), showing the process/steps, so I can explain to my professor what was done if asked Colors: - Furniture: RAL Classic palette, based on RAL 9001 – Cream (https://www.ralcolorchart.com/ral-classic/ral-9001-cream) - Materials: harmonious color combinations using RGB.to (https://rgb.to/#) Note: Dimensions should be estimated by the freelancer (standard). Everything must be delivered ready in PowerPoint (min. 10 slides), organized according to the points above. Reference photos for the interior design will be attached.
