About the project
I’m redesigning the living room and bedroom of my residential space and want them to share a clean, modern character. I’ll provide accurate measurements, photos, and notes on how the rooms are used; you’ll translate that information into a cohesive concept that optimises flow, light, and storage. I need a professional who is comfortable space-planning in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp—or equivalent—and who can deliver photorealistic renders with V-Ray, Lumion, or similar. A sharp eye for modern finishes, furniture, and lighting is essential. Key deliverables: • Scaled layout plans for both rooms • Mood/finish boards that lock down colours, materials, and furnishings • High-resolution 3D renders from several viewpoints • A concise specification sheet listing materials, fixtures, and furniture I’ll review an initial concept within three days of project start and share consolidated feedback so you can move smoothly to final files, supplied in editable CAD and print-ready PDF/JPEG formats.
