About the project

I have a complete AutoCAD floor plan for a three-bedroom, hall and kitchen apartment and a set of carefully curated reference images that show the exact mood, material palette and furniture style I’m after. I now need the entire flat—living-dining area, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, kitchen, balconies and connecting corridors—translated into a single 3D scene suitable for interior design visualization. The brief calls for a high level of realism: natural and artificial lighting balanced for day and night shots, accurate material mapping (marble, wood grain, fabrics, metals) and tidy, well-proportioned furniture models. I’m happy for you to work in 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp + V-Ray/Corona/Lumion—whatever pipeline you prefer—as long as the final imagery looks photoreal and I receive both still renders and the editable source files. Deliverables I expect: • Native project file with organised layers/groups • High-resolution rendered views of every room, balcony and corridor (minimum 4K, both wide shots and two close-ups per space) • Separate folder with all textures and proxy assets used • One round of revisions after the first draft to fine-tune lighting, colours or furniture placement if needed If this scope and level of detail fit your skill set, let’s get started—I can share the DWG and references right away.
