About the project

A rectangular 10,000-square-foot property will be transformed into a welcoming recreational space that balances generous lawn areas, a two-room accessory building, on-site parking, and—acting as the focal point—a brick gazebo with an integrated BBQ. The goal is a cohesive design that feels relaxed yet deliberately planned, ready for both municipal review and contractor pricing. The project calls for a full landscape package, from concept through presentation: • Master plan outlining planting, hardscape, circulation, parking geometry, and building footprints • Detailed 2D CAD drawings (preferred: DWG + PDF) with dimensions, grading notes, and material call-outs • Photorealistic 3D renders and/or a short walkthrough that clearly highlights the brick gazebo/BBQ feature, lawn ambience, and night lighting concepts • Native model files (SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max) alongside print-ready imagery • Layered line work and measurements that respect the 10,000 sq ft brief within ±2 % tolerance Primary purpose: recreation. Material fixed for gazebo/BBQ: brick. All other finishes, planting palettes, and lighting solutions are open to creative suggestion, provided they support a low-maintenance, family-friendly vibe and let the gazebo remain the visual anchor. Parking should accommodate eight standard vehicles without dominating the green space. Please include at least three examples of previous recreational landscapes delivered with both 2D plans and 3D visuals, noting the software used. Final files must open cleanly, with textures linked and line weights organized logically.
