About the project
I’m re-imagining the interior of my home and need an architecturally trained eye to develop a clean, modern look that runs consistently from room to room. The shell of the house stays as is; your focus is on space planning, finishes, lighting concepts, and any subtle structural tweaks that will enhance flow and natural light without altering the residential footprint. To guide you, I’ll provide existing floor plans, measurements, photos, and a short mood-board of inspirations I like. From there I’m looking for: • A revised interior layout that respects current load-bearing walls yet optimises circulation. • 3D visuals or high-quality renders that clearly communicate the modern aesthetic we agree on. • A concise material and fixture schedule so I can hand everything to contractors without extra interpretation. Everything should comply with standard residential codes, and your drawings must be ready for permit submission if minor structural changes are proposed. Let me know what software you prefer to work in (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and share a couple of samples of modern interiors you’ve completed. I’m ready to move quickly once I find the right fit, so please outline your anticipated timeframe for the concept, revisions, and final files.
