Photorealistic 3D Exterior Elevation & Interior Rendering

About the project

We are looking for an experienced 3D Architectural Visualization Artist for a residential project. We already have the complete CAD file and design drawings. We need a professional who can accurately create a 3D model from our CAD file and produce HIGHLY PHOTOREALISTIC exterior elevation renders. We also need photorealistic 3D interior renders based on interior reference images/designs that we will provide. Requirements: • Accurate 3D modeling from existing CAD drawings • Premium, modern and realistic exterior elevation • Photorealistic exterior renders that look like real photographs • Realistic facade materials, textures, glass, stone, wood, metal, lighting, shadows and reflections • Landscaping and exterior details where required • Photorealistic interior visualization from our reference images • Realistic furniture, materials, lighting, textures and decor • High-resolution final renders suitable for real-estate marketing • Final approved 3D/source files required We are looking for a HIGH-END architectural visualization specialist, not a basic SketchUp/3D modeller.” Portfolio is mandatory.
