About the project
I’m preparing an important client presentation and need polished, photorealistic 3D visuals that bring both my interior and exterior concepts to life. You will take the architectural plans, reference photos, and mood boards I supply and turn them into high-resolution still renders suitable for boardroom screens and printed boards. Your experience with tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray or Corona Renderer should let you handle lighting, materials, and scene composition quickly while matching the style references I provide. If you prefer Blender or Lumion, that’s fine too—as long as the final imagery feels cohesive and production-ready. I’ll review draft renders first, note any tweaks on colour, furnishings, or landscaping, and then expect final, watermark-free JPEG/PNG files along with the original project files so my team can archive them. A short turntable animation would be a welcome bonus if time allows, though the stills are the priority. Please include a link to at least three recent interior or exterior renders you consider representative of your best work, and let me know your typical turnaround for first drafts. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right collaborator.
