About the project
I’m updating my home and need a fresh, modern interior design scheme that flows consistently from space to space. The project focuses on three key areas: • Living room • Bedroom • Kitchen For each of these rooms I’m after a cohesive concept, complete with mood boards, accurate floor-plan layouts, and realistic 3D visualisations that will help me picture finishes, furniture placement, lighting, and colour palettes before moving on to purchasing. I already favour clean lines, neutral bases, and a touch of contemporary texture, so please keep the aesthetic firmly modern while still allowing a bit of personality to shine through. Deliverables I expect: • Initial concept proposals for all three rooms • Revisions to reach a final approved design • Detailed renderings and annotated plans ready for contractors or DIY execution If you regularly work with tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software, please mention that in your response, along with examples of residential projects you’ve completed in a modern style. Clear communication, punctual updates, and attention to practical details (furniture sizing, circulation space, lighting placement) will be valued highly throughout our collaboration.
