About the project

I already have a complete 3D file of the house, yet the interior still looks unfinished. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom all require fresh passes so the geometry and detailing feel consistent and ready for final rendering. Living room first: the base structure is there, but several furniture pieces and decorative objects need to be remodelled or replaced so they match the real-world references I will provide. Once the geometry is clean, I want the overall scene optimised—no floating vertices, overlapping meshes, or naming clutter. Kitchen and bathroom each have smaller touch-ups: cabinet doors clipping walls, misaligned fixtures, and a few missing elements. Nothing from scratch, just accurate, well-scaled parts dropped into place and UVs that make texturing painless. I will share: • The original source file (currently in .fbx and .blend) • Reference photos and simple mark-ups for every room You will return: • The updated 3D file in the same native format I supply • A quick screenshot set for approval (one per major camera angle) • A short note describing what you changed in each room Keep the polygon count reasonable and use clean, quads-friendly topology so I can still tweak materials in Blender or 3ds Max later. Once the rooms look solid, I’ll handle lighting and final renders on my side; I only need the modelling corrections for now. If anything in the brief is unclear, let me know before we start so we can lock the scope and avoid surprises.
