Here is what I’m expecting from you: • A fully modeled scene based on the plans, sketches, or references I supply. • Carefully chosen materials and PBR textures that read realistically in close-up shots. • Balanced daylight and artificial lighting setups that sell the mood of the space. • High-resolution still renders (4K minimum) delivered as PNG/JPG plus the native project files for future edits. • Fast turnaround without sacrificing detail; clear progress updates so feedback can be incorporated early. I gravitate toward a contemporary aesthetic—clean lines, subtle tones, and just enough visual interest to feel inviting—but I’m open to direction if an alternate style better suits the project.
