About the project

I need a skilled Revit team to take my commercial-scale waterfront project and translate its sweeping, curved glass façade into a clean, coordinated 3D model. The conceptual massing is already set; what I now require is a detailed Revit file that captures every mullion, joint and corner condition while respecting the fluid geometry of the building’s river-front elevation. The job centres on glass as the principal material, so a solid grasp of curtain-wall tools, adaptive components and parametric families is essential. Energy analysis or signage design is not part of this scope—the priority is an accurate, buildable model that can flow straight into construction documentation and clash detection. You’ll be working in native Revit (no SketchUp conversions) and sharing progress through BIM 360 or a comparable cloud workspace so we can review and comment in real time. If you have Navisworks manage/coordination skills, all the better, but the deliverable must remain a well-structured .rvt file. Acceptance criteria • Geometry matches the approved curved massing within ±5 mm. • Glass panel sizes and mullion spacing follow my reference grid. • Model is cleanly organised with logical views, sheets and worksets. • No unresolved warnings when the audit tool is run. Please include a brief note on relevant façade projects you’ve completed in Revit and your estimated turnaround time once we hand over the base model.
