About the project
I need a SolidWorks specialist who can take my existing 3D model (or create one from supplied drawings if faster) and run a full structural study that captures the real-world dynamic behaviour. The component will be subjected to vibration, cyclic loads and short-term transient events, so the Simulation study has to go beyond a simple static check. Here’s what I’m expecting: • Clean, fully constrained CAD model in SolidWorks 2020 or later. • Dynamic study setup showing material properties, boundary conditions, mesh strategy and solver settings that suit vibration, cyclic and transient load cases. • Result set with stress, displacement and factor-of-safety plots for each load type, plus a brief comparison of critical regions across the three scenarios. • A short PDF report summarising assumptions, methodology and key findings so I can forward it to our certification team. Native files (.SLDPRT/.SLDASM and .CWR) must also be included. Acceptance criteria: 1. Simulation runs without errors or warnings on my machine when I reopen the study. 2. Peak stresses and displacements converge within 5 % after at least two mesh refinements. 3. Report clearly identifies any areas that exceed allowable limits and recommends design tweaks if necessary.
