Full 3D Interior & Exterior Design

About the project

I am building a brand-new ground-plus-two residence and need a complete 3D interior and exterior design package, right through to material specifications and procurement guidance. Scope • Develop a full architectural model (Revit, SketchUp or comparable BIM software) that covers every floor and the façade. • Produce photorealistic renders, walk-through animations and still images that help me visualise finishes, lighting and furniture placement. • Supply detailed working drawings: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, plumbing points and joinery details ready for on-site execution. • Compile a bill of quantities with material take-offs, finish schedules and a vendor list so I can source locally without guesswork. • Suggest cohesive style and colour palettes; I’m open to modern, traditional or industrial directions—please justify your proposal with mood boards. • Provide procurement sequencing, lead-time estimates and budgetary allowances so ordering stays on track. Deliverables 1. Native 3D model files (.rvt, .skp or similar) plus clean .dwg exports. 2. High-resolution render set (JPEG/PNG) for each key space and exterior angle. 3. PDF booklet containing drawings, schedules and specification tables. 4. Editable Excel or Google Sheet bill of quantities. 5. One revision cycle per major milestone (concept, design development, final). The living area, kitchen and master suite will be reviewed first, but the finished package must address every room and the full exterior envelope. Timely communication and clear layer naming are essential so construction can begin immediately after sign-off.
