About the project

I’m embarking on an existing redesign of my single-family residence and need a professional who can guide the project from concept sketches all the way through permit-ready drawings. Because this is a full-house assignment, every space—interior and exterior—must feel cohesive, functional, and true to a modern family lifestyle. You’ll work with me to refine the overall aesthetic, optimise the floor plan for flow and natural light, and ensure compliance with local residential codes. I’m especially interested in smart space-saving solutions, energy-efficient materials, and an exterior that blends curb appeal with durability. Deliverables I’ll be looking for: • Conceptual mood boards and rough layouts for initial direction • Complete architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections ready for submission • 3D visualisations or walk-throughs so we can confirm look and feel before locking specs • A concise materials and finishes schedule that balances quality and budget • Coordination notes for structural, MEP, and any specialty consultants you feel are necessary Clear communication is paramount; we’ll review milestones together and adjust details quickly to keep momentum.
