About the project
I need a clear, well-scaled subdivision site plan for 40 single-family residential homes. The drawing must show every lot’s dimensions and boundaries, an internal street network with footpaths, and thoughtfully positioned landscaping or green space pockets so council reviewers can see how traffic, pedestrians, and amenity areas work together. Please prepare the plan to professional plotting standards—metric units, north arrow, legend, and a concise notes block. If you work in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or a comparable GIS/CAD platform that lets me receive both an editable file (DWG or similar) and a high-resolution PDF, that would be perfect. Deliverables: • Master site diagram (PDF + editable file) • Separate layer or sheet showing only lot dimensions/boundaries • Separate layer or sheet highlighting roads, footpaths, and turning circles • Separate layer or sheet indicating landscaping/green zones with approximate square metre counts I will provide the land survey in DWG and any council formatting templates as soon as we start.
