CDL Yard Test 3D Animation

About the project

I need the existing semi-truck, trailer, and yard models I will supply brought to life in a single, polished 3D animation that clearly walks CDL students through the exact movements required during the DMV yard test. Absolute priority is placed on realistic tractor-trailer physics and pathing; every steer, pivot, and trailer swing must feel authentic. The entire piece will be shown from a steady bird’s-eye view so students can trace the truck’s footprint inside the marked course without obstruction. Two manoeuvres have to be covered from start to finish: • Straight Line Forward / Straight Line Back • Offset Parking / Backing Please keep the rig fully articulated so king-pin and axle behaviour read naturally. I will hand over the model assets, yard layout, and reference measurements as soon as we agree on the workflow. In return I expect the final rendered video (HD or higher) plus the editable project file from your preferred package so tweaks are still possible my side.
