Modern Residential 3D Interior Renders

About the project

I’m getting ready to update a residential space and I need photorealistic 3D renderings plus a complete interior design concept that leans unmistakably modern. I’ll supply floor plans, measurements, site photos and any other reference you require; what I’m counting on from you is the creative direction, space planning and high-quality visuals that let me see every detail before a single piece of furniture is ordered. Here’s what the assignment covers: • A cohesive modern design scheme, including color palette, materials and furnishings that suit everyday living. • Fully detailed 3D renders (day and night lighting) for each primary area and at least one hero shot per room. • Source files and a concise specification list so I can share them directly with contractors or vendors. Your application should quickly highlight the residential interiors you’ve already rendered—especially projects in a modern style—so I know you can hit the ground running. If you have VR walkthroughs or animated fly-throughs in your portfolio, feel free to point me to them, but solid static stills are my immediate priority. Once we agree on layout and mood boards, I’d like to move through two feedback rounds to lock everything in, then receive the final high-resolution images and source files. If that sounds straightforward, I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
