Interior Designer Required — Luxury Modern Villa Ground Floor 3D Design I am looking for an experienced interior designer / 3D visualisation specialist to develop the interior design and furniture layout for the ground floor of my private villa in desert I have the architectural floor plan and dimensions available and will provide the PDF to the selected designer. 1. Project Overview * Property: Private luxury villa * Location: desert * Ground floor area: Approximately 418.3 m² * Plot: Approximately 1,080 m² * Style: Contemporary / modern luxury * Design approach: Minimalist, sophisticated, warm and architectural * Main objective: Create a high-end interior that feels luxurious without being overly decorative or traditional. The architectural plan already establishes the room layouts and dimensions. I need the designer to work within the existing architecture, rather than redesigning the floor plan. 2. Areas to Be Designed The main focus is the ground floor, including: * Entrance hall * Double-height entrance / main arrival experience * Family sitting room * Main living areas * Dining room * Open kitchen / kitchen area * Pantry * Courtyard-facing spaces * Master bedroom * Master dressing areas * Master bathroom * Guest bedroom * Guest dressing * Guest bathroom * Office * Powder room / WC * Relevant corridors and circulation areas The architectural plan includes a central courtyard of approximately 10,000 × 8,000 mm, which is an important element of the overall design and should be visually connected to the interior spaces. 3. Design Direction I am looking for a high-end contemporary architectural interior, rather than a generic luxury hotel style. The overall atmosphere should be: * Minimalist * Warm * Sophisticated * Timeless * Masculine but elegant * Architectural * Calm and uncluttered * Luxury through proportions, materials and detailing rather than excessive decoration I particularly like the use of: * Microcement * Natural stone * Travertine / limestone * Warm neutral tones * Earthy colours * Natural wood * Brushed / understated metal * Large architectural furniture pieces * Soft textured fabrics * Floor-to-ceiling glazing * Bespoke joinery * Large statement lighting * Clean architectural lines I do not want the interior to look overly ornate, overly classical, excessively beige, or like a typical “Dubai luxury” interior. 4. Furniture Design Furniture placement is one of the most important parts of this project. I want the designer to carefully determine: * Sofa sizes and configurations * Armchairs * Coffee tables * Side tables * Dining table and dining chairs * Console tables * TV/media furniture where appropriate * Beds and bedside tables * Bedroom seating * Office furniture * Rugs * Decorative objects * Plants * Lighting * Curtains/blinds * Built-in furniture and joinery Furniture should be properly scaled to the architectural dimensions. I don’t want furniture simply placed in the middle of rooms. I want the designer to consider: * Sightlines * Circulation * Door openings * Window positions * Courtyard views * Natural light * Ceiling heights * Architectural focal points * Relationship between adjacent spaces 5. Important Architectural Relationship The courtyard should be treated as a major visual element of the house. The living, dining and family areas should feel connected to the courtyard, creating a strong relationship between the interior and exterior. I want the design to make the villa feel spacious and cohesive rather than treating each room as a separate project. 6. 3D Visualisation I require high-quality photorealistic 3D renders. Material & Colour Palette I would like you to develop a complete material palette for the ground floor. Please propose: * Flooring * Wall finishes * Ceiling finishes * Stone * Microcement * Wood * Metal finishes * Upholstery * Curtains * Rugs * Joinery * Lighting finishes The palette should remain warm, natural and sophisticated. I am open to your professional recommendations, but the final design should remain within the overall architectural/minimalist direction described above. 8. Deliverables Please confirm that your quotation includes: 1. Complete furniture layout 2. Interior design concept 3. Furniture selection/design 4. Material palette 5. Colour palette 6. Lighting concept 7. Built-in/joinery concept 8. High-quality 3D renders 9. Multiple views for each major room 10. 3D model of the designed spaces 11. Furniture dimensions 12. Material specifications 13. Final high-resolution render files If possible, I would also like the editable 3D source file at the end of the project. Please specify which software you use, e.g. 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, etc. 9. Accuracy Is Important The architectural drawings I provide should be treated as the primary reference for dimensions. Please do not arbitrarily change: * Room dimensions * Structural walls * Doors * Windows * Courtyard dimensions * Major architectural elements If you believe a modification would significantly improve the interior, please discuss it with me before making the change. 10. What I Expect From the Designer I am not simply looking for someone who can produce attractive renders. I need someone who understands architecture, interior proportions, furniture scale, material composition and luxury residential design. The final result should look like a professionally designed high-end private residence that could realistically be constructed.
