About the project

I have floor-plan dimensions and a clear concept for a combined café and gym; what I still need is a polished interior design package plus a short walkthrough video that lets investors see the space come alive. Everything must read as one cohesive, modern environment. For the café, the focus is on an ergonomic seating arrangement, layered lighting that sells the ambience from morning coffee rush to late-night dessert, and tasteful decorative items that reinforce the brand story. For the gym, the priorities shift to an efficient equipment layout, well-placed mirrors, functional yet striking lighting, and a welcoming flow from entrance to workout zones with windows used to maximise natural light. You are free to work in the software you prefer—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Blender + Cycles, Lumion, even Unreal Engine—so long as you deliver: • High-resolution still renders from multiple angles for both areas • A smooth, 60–90 second walkthrough video (MP4 or MOV) that tours café first, gym second • Source files of the 3D model so we can tweak furniture or branding later • A simple furniture, lighting, and finishes schedule (PDF or Excel) for procurement purposes I will supply Pictures, Raw Video of place, dimensioned plans, mood references, and the brand palette immediately after kickoff.
