Style & vision Modern lines and a clean palette are non-negotiable, but I don’t want a cold, minimalist box—warmth, texture, and subtle glamour should run through every detail. Think rich materials, hidden storage solutions, and a lighting plan that highlights architectural features while setting an inviting mood. Scope of work • Concept development with mood boards that capture the luxurious modern direction • Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts for the three rooms • 3D visualisations or high-quality renders so I can see the design before committing • Curated selections of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories (with sourcing links or SKUs) • A concise specification sheet that contractors can follow for paint colours, flooring, and lighting Tools you’re comfortable with—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar—are welcome as long as the final files are clear and ready for hand-off. Acceptance criteria The design must blend seamlessly from room to room, showcase a clearly modern identity, and convey a luxurious feel through both materials and layout. All deliverables should be provided in editable format plus PDFs for easy sharing with suppliers.
