About the project
I need accurate 2 D drafting in AutoCAD and fully-parametric 3 D models and assemblies in SolidWorks for a variety of industrial fabrication tasks. Typical work will cover equipment and structural frames as well as piping supports, so an eye for weldments, plate work, and bolted connections is essential. From my initial hand sketches or concept notes you will turn ideas into engineering-grade documentation that a workshop can trust. That means: • GA & manufacturing drawings ready for shop floor use • Detailed part drawings with clear, toleranced dimensions • Complete BOM and clean DXF/DWG files for laser, plasma, or water-jet cutting Solid knowledge of fabrication practices, machining allowances, and standard mechanical components will help you spot issues before they reach production. Please send a concise portfolio that shows similar industrial fabrication, equipment, or piping support projects, and list the AutoCAD and SolidWorks versions you’re comfortable with. Let me know whether you prefer hourly or fixed-price billing and your typical turnaround on a small/medium package of drawings.
