About the project
My Revit model is largely built, yet several architectural components must be updated in (8) phases (payment will be fixed rate (approx 150 ) for each phase weekly ) so that every drawing and 3D view reflects the latest design intent. I need precise edits carried out in both 2D documentation and the live 3D model. Key focus areas • Floor plan – adjust walls, doors, and room tags to match a revised layout while respecting existing levels and grids. • Elevations – realign façade elements, window heights, and material patterns so exterior views read correctly in shaded and hidden-line modes. • Sections – refresh cut lines and detail items to capture the new floor-to-ceiling heights and any structural shifts. Please work directly in Autodesk Revit (2026). Maintain my current sheet set, view templates, and naming conventions; do not explode geometry or break links. On completion, I need the updated .rvt file plus PDFs of the affected sheets so I can review your changes quickly. If you have questions about constraints, worksets, or coordination, let me know before diving in. I’m ready to send over the model and a marked-up PDF the moment we agree on timing.
