About the project
I want to harness Claude AI during the earliest stages of design so every new commercial building concept we develop starts with clear, inspiring, and technically sound ideas. Your role is to guide the AI conversation, refine the prompts, and translate the text-based output into tangible architectural material I can take into client meetings. Scope • Feed Claude AI with the project brief, zoning data, and any branding cues, then iterate with it until we land on a cohesive concept. • Carry each approved concept through to schematic level material. Required outputs 1. 3D model of the proposed massing and key interior volumes (SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit—whichever you prefer). 2. Dimensioned blueprints / plans, sections, and elevations in DWG + PDF. 3. Two to three polished renderings that sell the mood, façade articulation, and public-facing spaces (4K PNG or JPG). Acceptance criteria • Models and drawings must align on scale and grid. • Blueprints readable when printed at A1. • Renderings show daylight and night mood variations.
