About the project

I’m ready to give my short-stay property a memorable, guest-friendly look and would love a creative partner to make it happen. The apartment is already functional, but it lacks the distinctive character that drives five-star reviews and repeat bookings. Here’s what I’m after: • A cohesive design concept that reflects the home’s architecture, local vibe, and the expectations of today’s Airbnb guests • Mood boards, color palettes, and furniture layouts (SketchUp or similar files are welcome) • At least two 3D visualizations so I can clearly picture the end result before committing to purchases • A practical shopping list with links, quantities, and estimated costs—nothing outrageously high-end, just stylish pieces that hold up to guest turnover • A simple styling guide I can share with my cleaner so the space always resets perfectly between stays I’ll supply photos, dimensions, and a rough budget once we kick off.
