About the project

I have a completed design for a patent-pending structural packaging product called TriAngler. It is a foldable triangular shipping container made from 4 mm corrugated polypropylene. The 2D geometry is already developed. I have DXF dielines for the outer shell and two nested structural layers, along with PDF drawings, product notes, and reference images. I also have working physical prototypes. I am not looking for product redesign or engineering development. I need an experienced CAD designer to accurately convert the existing dielines into a 3D virtual model. The model needs to show the three individual components and how they fold and nest together into the finished triangular assembly. Material thickness and the existing fold geometry need to be represented accurately. Final deliverables should include the individual 3D components, complete assembled model, editable/native CAD files, and STEP files suitable for later rendering or animation. The existing DXF geometry should be followed rather than redesigned. Please provide a fixed-price quote and estimated completion time.
