The aesthetic direction is firmly Classic—think rich wood details, timeless moldings, and refined finishes—while the seating must be tiered with multiple rows so every guest enjoys an unobstructed view. Here is what I need from you: • Floor plan and reflected ceiling plan showing precise screen placement, speaker locations, tier heights, and aisle lighting • 3D concept renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) that capture the classic detailing, recommended materials, and overall mood • Construction-ready drawings (AutoCAD/Revit) for framing, electrical, and AV cabling routes • A curated specification sheet listing seating model, projector, screen, acoustic panels, sconce lighting, and finish materials—everything available through reputable suppliers • Acoustic treatment strategy that balances performance and aesthetics • Lighting and control layout compatible with popular smart-home systems My color palette is still open, so feel free to propose warm, neutral, or cool tones that complement the classic look and support optimal image quality. Accuracy in measurements, realistic visualization, and a buildable set of drawings are the acceptance criteria I will use to approve the final design.
