Plastic Water Bottle Design
INR 600–1000
About the project
I’m looking for an original concept for a reusable plastic water bottle. The final piece should feel comfortable in the hand, look modern on a retail shelf, and be practical for everyday use. Material is confirmed: food-grade plastic. I need your guidance on wall thickness, texture, and any surface details that improve grip and durability. If you can work a leak-proof closure or light insulation into the concept without driving up tooling costs, I’m open to hearing those ideas. Here’s the workflow I have in mind: start with two or three quick form studies, let me choose the direction, then carry that into a full 3D model. Once the geometry is approved, I’ll need: • Production-ready STEP or SolidWorks files • 2D drawings with key dimensions and tolerances • Photorealistic renders (front, side, isometric) for marketing Please keep manufacturing realities—stretch-blow or injection-stretch-blow moulding—in mind so the design can move straight to tooling. I’ll supply logo files and give prompt feedback at every stage. Let me know how many revision rounds you include and your typical timeline.
