I still have the original cone here, so you can work directly from it—whether that means scanning it or taking precise measurements yourself. I want an exact replica with no design changes. Here’s what I need from you: • A clean, print-ready 3D model (STL or similar) that matches the original part’s dimensions and mounting points exactly. • One high-quality printed cone shipped to me. I’m flexible on filament choice (PLA, ABS, PETG—whatever you feel will balance strength, weight, and surface finish best for flight). A smooth exterior and a snug, vibration-free fit on the airframe are critical acceptance points. If you can turn this around quickly and keep the weight close to the stock piece, we’re set.
