Civil 3D Residential Site Grading

About the project

I need a complete site-grading package produced in Autodesk Civil 3D for a new residential development and I’m working against a tight deadline. The raw survey surface is ready; what’s missing is an optimized finished-grade surface that balances cut and fill, respects drainage requirements, and integrates smoothly with future BIM coordination. Scope • Build the proposed surface, alignments, and feature lines directly in Civil 3D from the survey base • Generate grading objects, slope arrows, and spot elevations suitable for architectural and structural reference • Provide cut/fill volume report and a clean set of annotated contour plans (PDF + DWG) Timing The drawings need to be in my hands as soon as possible, so fast turnaround and clear communication on progress are essential. Deliverables will be reviewed for: – Accurate surface creation with no grading conflicts – Clear, legible annotation at 1:250 scale – DWG files compatible with Civil 3D 2022 and a coordinated IFC or Navisworks NWD for BIM use If you have recent residential grading examples and can start immediately, please confirm availability and expected completion date.
