Delta 3D Printer Build Assistance
INR 600–1500
About the project
I already have a clear vision for a Delta-style 3D printer that will be dedicated to manufacturing end-use parts in standard PLA/ABS, but I need an experienced hand to turn the concept into a reliable, repeatable machine. I’m comfortable sourcing components and doing the physical assembly; what I’m really looking for is an expert who can guide me through the critical steps that make or break a Delta build: • Finalizing a complete, proven bill of materials (motors, linear rails, hotend, control board, sensors, power supply, etc.) • Walking me through mechanical assembly best practices and calibration sequences unique to Delta kinematics • Configuring and fine-tuning firmware (Marlin or Klipper—open to your recommendation) for accurate dimensional output and smooth motion • Advising on slicer profiles optimised for PLA and ABS so the printer is production-ready from day one • Verifying the finished machine with a test print workflow and providing a short troubleshooting checklist Consultation can be live video, detailed written instructions, or a mix—whatever gets the job done efficiently. I’ll share photos, measurements, and any required logs during the process so you have all the data you need. If you have a portfolio of previous Delta builds or custom FDM machines, I’d love to see it.
