About the project
I want to launch a practical, beginner-friendly Business Analysis course delivered through live online sessions. The audience will be entry-level professionals who need a solid foundation, so the material must be clear, engaging, and immediately applicable on the job. Core topics I need you to cover are: • Data analysis techniques that introduce basic statistics, Excel/Google Sheets workflows, and simple visualization so attendees can translate raw data into actionable insights. • Business process modeling using standard notations (BPMN or similar) to help participants map, analyze, and improve real-world workflows. • Requirements gathering fundamentals, including stakeholder interviews, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with hands-on practice. Here’s how I picture the collaboration: 1. You design a concise curriculum and session plan that fits a series of live virtual classes (ideally spread over one to two weeks). 2. Produce polished slide decks, workbooks, and sample datasets or case studies that students can download. 3. Run the sessions on Zoom, Teams, or a comparable platform, encouraging interaction through polls, breakout rooms, and short assignments. 4. Provide a brief knowledge check or mini-project at the end so I can measure learning outcomes. 5. Share recordings and materials after each class for anyone who may need to review. I’m happy to discuss timing, class size limits, and any supporting tools you prefer (Miro, Lucidchart, Power BI, etc.).
