About the project

I’m commissioning a premium renovation company website built in Next.js, with Firebase integrations (Auth, Firestore, Storage) and Three.js. The public site is already designed and built; here are the additional requirements for this project: 1. Develop a complete admin panel with Firebase Auth for managing projects, services, testimonials, team, FAQs, articles, gallery, leads, and bookings. Integrate multi-image upload, video upload/YouTube links, publish/draft options, and reordering features. 2. Connect all public pages to Firestore to ensure admin changes update live on the site. 3. Enable photo uploads on the quote form and set up email notifications for form submissions. 4. Implement robust security measures to ensure admin-only access and proper Firestore rules/permissions. 5. Improve the existing 3D hero section (showing a modern tropical villa) using Three.js and add a mobile fallback. 6. Optimize the website for SEO by adding JSON-LD schema and address missing image issues. Finally, deploy the fully integrated site. Deliverables: - Code-driven updates only—no visual drag-and-drop builders. - Fully responsive design with smooth performance on mobile and desktop devices. - Lighthouse score in the green for both performance and accessibility on all major pages. Accepted offers must provide: - 2 live admin dashboard links (image/video upload required). - A detailed work plan with milestone breakdowns, pricing per milestone, and a total price. - Clear timeline to complete each milestone. The payment will be structured into milestones based on deliverables described above.
