About the project

In need of an interior designer to develop 3d models. I have a mixed-use development in which the individual units still feel like empty shells. I need a designer who can take each of those units from bare walls to a fully imagined, camera-ready concept. Your brief covers the full visual journey: a cohesive mood board that captures the look and feel of the space, a material board that locks down finishes and textures, high-quality still renders, and a short 3D walk-through that lets my investors experience the layout before a single tile is ordered. You are free to choose your preferred workflow, SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, or a similar pipeline—as long as the final renders appear photo-real and the walk-through runs smoothly on standard hardware. All source files, textures, and lighting setups should be included so my in-house team can make minor tweaks later if needed. Deliverables • Mood board (PDF or JPEG) • Material board with labeled finishes • Minimum four static, 4K interior renders per unit • One HD walk-through (60–90 seconds) covering living, kitchen, and bedroom zones • Native project files and asset library I’ll provide floor plans, elevations, and any branding references immediately after kickoff. Let me know your expected timeline for each stage and a quick note on previous mixed-use work so I can gauge fit.
