Dressy Women’s Sandal Design
hr INR 2500
About the project
I’m developing a new line of elegant women’s sandals and need a creative footwear designer who can translate my vision into factory-ready material. The focus is strictly dressy silhouettes—think refined straps, tasteful embellishments, and a comfortable yet sophisticated last that works for events and evenings out. I’ll share inspiration images and brand guidelines once we start; you’ll turn those references into original concepts, propose suitable leathers or vegan alternatives, and refine the best idea into production documents. Adobe Illustrator (or comparable vector software) for tech flats and a solid grasp of footwear construction are important so the factory receives precise specs for outsole, upper, hardware, and heel height. If you work in 3D (Rhino, CLO, or similar) that’s a plus, though not mandatory. Deliverables I’m expecting: • Mood board capturing materials, colors, and competitive references • 3–4 concept sketches exploring variations in straps, heel shapes, and closures • Final tech pack with graded pattern details, material call-outs, and colorways Once these are in place, we can discuss sampling supervision as a follow-on phase. Looking forward to seeing portfolios that show a refined, feminine aesthetic and an understanding of comfort engineering.
