3D Motion Graphic Portfolio Piece

About the project

I’m building my personal portfolio around a standout 3D motion graphic and need a talented animator to bring the concept to life from start to finish. The final piece should feel polished enough to showcase my skills and creativity, while remaining versatile for future edits or reel updates. Here’s what I’m after: a short, visually engaging 3D animation—think logo reveal or abstract sequence—that can sit at the top of my online portfolio and instantly communicate style and technical ability. I already have a rough concept and mood board; what I’m missing is your expertise in modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and compositing to turn it into a smooth, cohesive clip. Primary software is up to you—Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or Houdini are all fine as long as you can supply the source files alongside a high-quality rendered video (MP4 or MOV, 1080p minimum). If you prefer other tools for compositing—After Effects, Nuke, Fusion—that’s perfect; just keep the workflow organized and non-destructive so I can make tweaks later. Deliverables • 15–30 second 3D motion graphic video (final render, H.264 or ProRes) • Editable project files, textures, and any third-party plugin notes • One round of revisions after first draft I’m ready to move quickly once we agree on a schedule, so please outline your proposed timeline and any previous 3D animation work that demonstrates a similar style.
