## Interior Design + Electrical Point Planning for G+1 Residential House I am looking for an experienced **interior designer / architect** to help finalize the interior design and electrical point planning for my **G+1 residential house**. ### Scope of Work **1. Interior Design** * Develop practical and modern interior designs for the house. * Design key areas including: * Kitchen * Living room * Bedrooms * Bathrooms * Dining area * Staircase/transition areas * Balconies and other relevant spaces * Suggest furniture layouts, wardrobes, storage, false ceiling, lighting, wall treatments and other interior elements. * Focus on **functionality, ventilation, natural light, ease of maintenance and space utilization**. * Provide realistic 3D views/renders where required. **2. Electrical Point Planning** Prepare a detailed electrical layout based on the final interior design, including: * Light points * Fan points * Ceiling/wall lights * Switchboards * Socket points * TV points * Internet/LAN points * AC points * Refrigerator and kitchen appliance points * Washing machine/geyser points * Exhaust fan points * Chimney point * RO/water purifier point * Microwave/oven/induction points * Bedside charging points * Mirror/vanity points * Balcony/outdoor points * CCTV points * Doorbell/intercom points * Wi-Fi/router location * Other smart-home or future electrical requirements ### Important Requirement The electrical planning should be done **after considering the actual furniture and interior layout**, so that switches, sockets and appliances are positioned correctly and remain easily accessible.
