About the project
I am looking for a creative and practical Event Concept & Experiential Design Freelancer for live events, concerts, festivals and mall activations. The freelancer should have strong imagination and be able to create concepts for event decor, stage/backdrop, entrance gates, photo zones, installations, audience engagement areas and overall event look & feel. Important: I am not looking for ideas that only look good digitally. Every concept should be practically possible to execute considering venue size, materials, production methods, budget, installation, safety and dismantling. I will provide event details, venue photos/dimensions, theme and approximate budget. The freelancer should develop creative concepts and explain how the proposed design can actually be fabricated and executed. Experience in event design, experiential design, set design, exhibition design, interior design, 3D visualization or production design is preferred. Please share your portfolio and previous event/set/installation work, especially projects that you personally helped take from concept to execution.
