About the project

I have an older trolley brake design that needs to be fully documented. The 3D model is partially there, the 2D drafting is almost complete, and everything lives in SolidWorks. Your task is to finish the job so I can release a clean, up-to-date drawing package without having to run a functional simulation. Scope of work • Complete the 3D model in SolidWorks, keeping existing geometry intact while adding any missing details. • Generate manufacturing-grade 2D drawings of the brake mechanism only—views, dimensions, tolerances, notes, and title block ready for release. What I will supply Existing SolidWorks part and assembly files, dated PDF prints, and any reference photos I have of the legacy unit. I will also walk you through the critical fits and features in a quick call or annotated screen share. What I need back Native SolidWorks files (.sldprt, .sldasm, .slddrw) plus a PDF set for easy customer review. All files must open error-free in current SolidWorks and follow standard drafting conventions. No motion study or load simulation is required—just accurate geometry and clear drawings. If you have questions about legacy dimensions or missing information, flag them early so I can track down answers. Turnaround is flexible but I’d like to close this within the next week or two.
