I’m refreshing a clothing boutique and need a full 3D interior concept that instantly feels modern and luxurious. Think clean architectural lines, premium materials, and ambient lighting that flatters both garments and shoppers. Scope • Model the entire retail floor in 3D, with special attention to the fitting rooms—this is the area I want to feel truly memorable and indulgent. • Suggest finishes, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and display accents that reinforce the up-market aesthetic. • Provide still renders that capture key sight-lines (entrance, main display, fitting room corridor, and an isometric overview). • Supply editable source files so I can make minor tweaks later if needed. Deliverables 1. Mood/material board (PDF or JPEG) 2. Full 3D model (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or comparable) 3. Minimum four high-resolution renders (4K) 4.
