CAD and STL design file for 3D printing of Machine Casing

## Job Title: CAD / 3D Product Designer for Beauty Machine Casing We are looking for an experienced **CAD / industrial product designer** to develop a custom outer casing for a professional beauty machine. We already have a clear design direction and will provide **vector design references, images, dimensions, and references of the existing machine**. The new casing will replace the current machine head while utilizing the existing bottom stand/leg as its supporting structure. The designer will be responsible for translating our design concept into a **complete, manufacturable 3D CAD model suitable for 3D printing and physical assembly**. ### Scope of Work - Develop the 3D casing based on our supplied vector drawings and visual references - Refine the exterior shape, proportions, dimensions, and overall form - Design the casing with appropriate **wall thickness, internal supports/ribs, mounting points, screw points, and structural reinforcement** - Allow sufficient internal space for components, wiring, cable routing, ventilation where required, and future servicing - Design appropriate connection/mounting points to integrate the new casing with the existing machine stand - Ensure individual casing parts can be properly assembled and disassembled - Optimize the design for **3D printing and physical prototyping** - Make reasonable technical revisions if the 3D printing company identifies issues relating to printing, tolerances, assembly, wall thickness, or structural integrity ### Final Deliverables Final files should include: - Editable **3D CAD source file** - **STEP/STP file** - **STL files ready for 3D printing** - Final model with correct dimensions and complete assembly structure The project will be considered complete when the final files are technically suitable for **3D printing, assembly, and prototyping**, rather than simply completing the visual design. **Please apply only if you have experience in product casing/enclosure design, industrial design, and preparing CAD models for 3D printing.** If possible, please share examples of similar product enclosure or machine casing projects you have completed.
