Project Description: E‑Learning Course Content Developer (Enterprise Coherence Body of Knowledge) We are seeking an experienced e‑learning instructional designer to help develop a multi‑tier digital learning program for the Enterprise Coherence Body of Knowledge (EC‑BoK). The project involves converting an established governance and systems‑thinking framework into structured, interactive, certification‑grade e‑learning modules. Scope of Work The freelancer will design and develop content across four certification tiers, each with defined seat‑time requirements: • EC‑F Foundation (14–16 hours) — Core terminology, systems fluency, ECOS architecture • EC‑P Practitioner (25–35 hours) — Operational logic, diagnostic data collection, friction analytics • EC‑A Analyst (40–50 hours) — Multi‑domain auditing, evidence triangulation, cascade risk modeling • EC‑E Expert (50–60+ hours) — Governance intelligence, board‑level SKPIs, ecosystem architecture Deliverables • Curriculum structure and learning objectives • Module‑level storyboards and scripts • Interactive learning activities (branching scenarios, diagnostics, case labs) • Assessment items and certification‑aligned question banks • SCORM/xAPI‑ready content packages Required Expertise • Proven experience designing large‑scale e‑learning programs (20–60+ hours) • Strong background in enterprise architecture, governance, systems thinking, or related domains • Mastery of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s taxonomy) • Ability to translate complex conceptual models into clear, engaging learning flows This project is ideal for senior instructional designers, ex‑consultants turned learning architects, or specialists in certification‑level digital learning.
