About the project
I am developing a fresh, modern food-court environment for several shopping malls and need a full furniture concept created from scratch. The package must cover: • Tables and chairs • Communal seating and benches/banquettes • Integrated planters and waste stations The visual language is strictly Modern—clean geometry, light profiles, and subtle detailing—executed in a durable blend of wood and metal. Comfort, traffic flow, and ease of cleaning in a high-use public setting are critical. Deliverables required 1. High-quality 3D renders of every piece, plus ensemble views in context. 2. Fully dimensioned drawings for client approval. 3. Comprehensive material and finish schedules specifying wood species, metal gauges, coatings, upholstery, and hardware. 4. Production/shop drawings (DXF, DWG, or similar) accurate enough for a fabricator to start cutting immediately. 5. A brief compliance note confirming load capacities and fire-retardant finish selections suitable for food-court regulations. I will supply floor plans, branding guidelines, and traffic studies on kickoff. Final files should arrive within six weeks, with review checkpoints for concept sign-off and prototype detailing along the way.
