About the project

I need a full-cycle build of a feature-rich CRM that lets my Sales Reps work efficiently while giving Executives a clear, real-time view of the pipeline. The core of the platform is predictive analytics—specifically pipeline-conversion probability charts and forward-looking sales projections—so the data layer and modeling logic must be rock-solid and usable inside both a browser and a mobile app. Scope in a nutshell • Web application with a clean, role-based interface for Sales Reps and an executive dashboard for quick drill-downs. • Native-feel mobile companion (iOS and Android) that mirrors key desktop functionality and supports secure offline caching. • Omnichannel touchpoints for Web and voice Calls from day one; the architecture should remain flexible enough to plug in other channels such as social or support chat later without refactoring. • Workflow automation rules that send trigger emails, assign tasks, and fire notifications as soon as lead status changes. • Enterprise-grade security and data privacy baked into every layer, from encrypted storage to granular access policies. High-level deliverables 1. Production-ready web app 2. Cross-platform mobile app 3. Executive analytics dashboard 4. API layer with Web and Call integrations 5. Documentation (architecture, setup, and user guides) 6. Initial test suite & CI/CD pipeline Acceptance criteria – Predictive charts match sample datasets provided and update within two seconds of data input. – Web and Call integrations function end-to-end, logging interactions automatically. – Mobile app passes App Store and Play Store review guidelines. – OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities independently penetration-tested and cleared. I’m stack-agnostic—as long as you can justify your choices and demonstrate scalable, maintainable code, I’m open to React, Vue, Angular, Flutter, React Native, Node.js, Django, or similar.
