About the project

I have a fully developed, final-stage architectural plan for a commercial building and the permit office will not review it until a licensed structural engineer has signed off on the roof design. The drawings already show framing layout, load paths and materials; what I still need is a professional assessment that confirms code compliance, backs it up with calculations, and finishes with an engineer’s stamp accepted by the local authority. You would review the complete plan set—paying particular attention to the roof structure—run any required analyses in your preferred software (ETABS, SAP2000, RISA-3D or similar), note corrections directly on the sheets if necessary and then issue sealed drawings along with a concise calculation package. Digital seals are acceptable for the jurisdiction, and I can supply CAD or PDF files immediately.
