French flat-vector 2D animation for training company

About the project
60-second 2D flat-vector animated ad, 16:9, in French, for my vocational training company (Sorea). STYLE: flat vector cartoon, no outlines, no gradients, no 3D. Custom character design — NOT template or Vyond library. My brand colours: #16354F, #2A5B91, #715CA3, #F2F6FA, #E2703A. Font: Montserrat. CONTENT: 15 shots, already storyboarded shot by shot (I'll send the full script). Two recurring characters appear in most shots and must stay visually identical throughout: a garage owner and his young mechanic. Story: the owner wants to give his mechanic a pay rise, can't afford it, calls us, and discovers a scheme that trains the employee and pays the employer instead. ALSO NEEDED: 2 typographic cards (an animated figure counter and an end card with phone number) + light sound design. NOT NEEDED: voice-over, I provide it later. Picture + sound design only. IMPORTANT: all on-screen text is FRENCH with accents (é, à, ç). I'll send it as text to copy-paste — accents must be exact. DELIVERABLES: 1080p MP4 +
