Full Modern Architectural Package without AI

About the project

I’m looking for a detail-oriented architect who can prepare a complete construction set for my upcoming modern build. The project calls for clean contemporary lines on the exterior while allowing a mixed interior layout that balances open communal areas with a few enclosed rooms. Material selection, a cohesive colour palette and seamless landscape integration are all priority design drivers. To keep the site team moving without delays I will need the full range of drawings and models, produced in professional CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent) and supported by clear 3D visuals from SketchUp or 3ds Max. Deliverables • Site / subdivision layout plan • Floor plans with furniture positioning and room-by-room area statement • All elevations (front, rear, sides) and key building sections • Staircase, door & window schedules, roof and terrace details • Flooring, wall-finish and parapet layouts where required • Detailed working / construction drawings ready for permit and site execution • High-quality 3D exterior views that express material choices and colour strategy • Any additional sheets needed on site for smooth execution Acceptance criteria • Files delivered in DWG (plus RVT if Revit is used) and PDF for printing • Dimensions, levels and annotations checked for consistency across every sheet • 3D renders match the 2D documentation in form, material and palette • One round of coordinated revisions after my review included in the scope If you have a strong portfolio of modern projects and can commit to a reliable turnaround schedule, I’m ready to share the survey data and kick things off right away.
