About the project
I’m moving a single-family residential project through the design-development phase and the Revit model now needs to mature from conceptual geometry into coordinated, documentation-ready detail. The current file is a lightweight massing study; walls, floors, roofs, levels and grids are in place but materials, parametric families and annotation standards remain unfinished. Your task is to take that shell and transform it into a fully organized BIM environment that can flow straight into construction documentation: • Model refinement – convert placeholder elements into accurate walls, doors, windows, roofs and structural objects, applying correct materials and Type parameters. • Sheet set – produce clean DD sheets: plans, elevations, key sections and 3D views sized for ARCH D. • Schedules – generate door, window and room finish schedules driven by model data. • Details – draft 4-6 typical wall/roof junctions suitable for the DD stage. Acceptance criteria • Revit file must open natively in Revit 2023 or later, free of errors and warnings. • All views and sheets named to AIA standards and placed on title blocks. • Model geometry passes an interference check with zero hard clashes. • Deliverables: .rvt file, PDF sheet set, and an itemized change log. Native work in Autodesk Revit is essential; auxiliary CAD or Dynamo use is fine if it improves efficiency as long as final output remains a Revit model. I will be available to answer questions, supply sketches, and review progress in milestone check-ins.
