Realistic Full-House 3D Walkthrough

About the project

I already have the complete floor plan of my home as well as a static 3D model, and now I need a short cinematic video that lets viewers tour the entire property—inside and out—in a highly realistic style. The sequence should flow smoothly from the exterior façade through each room, showcase lighting, materials, and textures accurately, then conclude with a subtle day-to-night transition that shows off the evening atmosphere. You will start from my existing files (PDF/DWG plans plus the current 3D model in FBX) and refine or rebuild anything necessary so the materials, landscaping, and interiors look lifelike. I’m expecting natural camera movements, true-to-scale furnishings, and believable lighting—ideally rendered in Lumion, Twinmotion, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Unreal, or whichever tool you prefer for photoreal output. Deliverables • 60–90 second MP4 (1080p or higher) with full-house walkthrough and day-to-night transition • High-resolution still render of the hero exterior frame • Editable project file or scene export so I can make future tweaks I’ll supply the plan, reference photos, and design palette as soon as we start. Please let me know the software you plan to use, the approximate turnaround time, and one or two samples of similar work you’ve produced.
