About the project

I already have the full architectural blueprints; what I need now is a gifted eye to transform those plans into a cohesive modern interior that feels warm, livable, and visually striking. The space is entirely residential and the aesthetic direction is firmly Modern—clean lines, balanced colour palettes, thoughtful lighting, and contemporary furnishings that make everyday life comfortable without clutter. You will receive PDF (and, if you prefer, DWG) drawings with exact dimensions, plus a mood board and functional notes as soon as we get started. Using the toolset that best matches your workflow—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, or similar—please build a detailed 3D model of the whole home and deliver photorealistic still renders that highlight material finishes, furniture layout, and both daytime and evening ambience. Deliverables • Editable 3D model of the residence (FBX/OBJ or native file) • A set of high-resolution, photorealistic renders from the key viewpoints we agree on (minimum five angles) • Brief material & furniture specification sheet for each showcased area Acceptance criteria • Layout must follow the supplied blueprints precisely • Style consistently embodies a Modern look throughout • Lighting and textures read realistically in both daylight and night scenes • Final files provided on schedule and ready for further refinement if needed If this aligns with your skill set, I’m excited to see how you can bring these plans to life.
